Those people are still immature, that's why that insult you about something like being hairy. I mean, come on! All men are suppose to have body hair. We were made that way, and no one's gonna change that! If you have a girlfriend that wants you to get rid of your body hair, you shouldn't even be her boyfriend. If she won't appreciate you for who you are, then what will she appreciate?! So be mature and don't let anyone change you from who you want to be. You're the one in control of your body! But if you're the one who doesn't appreciate your body for the way it is, then you better start appreciating it! Don't go off and wax / shave / pluck / get lazer treatments to get rid of your body hair. Be proud of who you are. You're unique. Don't change that! There are many hairy men out there, and they're proud of it. Plus, all of this that I have just said does not just apply to body hair, it can apply to anything about you! The main point is, be yourself, and be proud of it!

I have been masturbating since I was 10 or 11. I discovered it by accident. Three years into my habit, I asked a friend and also a youth leader if it was sinful. They both said it was a sin and cited several obscure Bible references.

I sought freedom from the habit for two years after that and found none. (My abstinence record is one week!) I couldn't resist. My spirit was willing, but my flesh was weak. I fell deeper into my habit, every time feeling guilty. My relationship with God was in the gutter from all the guilt.

It was then that I realized what was making me feel so bad and so unloved. I wasn't trusting God for his love and acceptance and my relationship with Him was gone. I read the page "God for Teenage Boys" and I asked God to forgive me and I asked Him to live in my spirit and be my friend. I knelt there in front of my computer and asked God to shower His love on me. He did! I felt my emotional tanks fill to the brim. I went to sleep that night with His love overflowing my heart. He loved me through my struggle and as I slept, it felt like He was there next to me, holding me close and loving on me. I woke up the next morning feeling like a million bucks! I went on with my day and here I am writing to you.
